What wheel bearing grease seals would I need for a 2019 Grand Design Momentum 381M?

From the information I was able to see online it looks like your 2019 Grand Design Momentum 381M has 7,000 lb axles which means you should be able to use Grease Seals 10-36 (pair) # RG06-070 that you were looking at.
You will want to confirm this on your end though as well. The 10-36 grease seals have an inner diameter of 2.250" and an outer diameter of 3.376" so if you take a digital caliper and measure your spindle and current hub/drums where the seal rides you'll be able to confirm this on your end.
If you're also needing bearings then you should need the inner bearing # 25580 and outer bearing # 14125A. You can confirm this by pulling your hubs and locating the part numbers that are stamped on the bearings. You can actually get the bearings, races, and seal in the kit # BK3-200 if you need everything.
