I do have a solution for you, but the Curt Friction Sway Control # 17200 can not be used on single beam trailers or trailers with surge brakes. While you did not mention a weight distribution system, that is going to be the only way to get sway control on your trailer with out custom fabrication.

You will use a pole tongue adapter like the Pole-Tongue Adapter for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems # EQ95-01-5950. This adapter attaches to your trailer's tongue and provides properly spaced mounting points for the sway-control brackets of your system. You would then want to verify the weight of your fully loaded trailer and use the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37060ET if it has a gross towing weight of up to 6,000 lbs. or the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET if it falls above 6,000 lbs. but less than 10,000 lbs.
