For as big as your tanks are I would recommend going with the part #277-000163 which measures 25 inches by 7-1/4 inches for each of your tanks. These are designed for the freshwater tanks and would not be needed on grey water.

There's nothing stopping you from using a Holding Tank Heater Pad such as #277-000164 on black or gray water tanks. However with the black water tank adding a heat source could create excess gases which could be a potential problem.

The Accessory Plug and Socket Kit - 12V #PE53QV does not come with a fuse inside of it and would need to splice in an inline fuse holder like #SWC9539 and use a 15 amp fuse to properly protect your equipment.
