I have a 20018 Subaru Outback Touring. It has the flush roof rails that came with Thule aero blade. Not the stock raised rails with cross bars. Thanks

If you have a Thule Aeroblade roof rack on your 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon then yes the Thule Tepui Explorer Autana 3 Rooftop Tent with Annex # TH8001KSK05 will fit it and work well.
