I called Lippert and found out your pinbox is a 1621. So the Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret - 20,000 lbs # RP34FR will be the replacement you need if you want to go with a rotating turret. Because you have the RAM box the sidewinder is the only option for you. A gooseneck or a slider will not work with RAM boxes.
I would pair it with the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Single Jaw - 20,000 lbs # RP30928 it can raise up to 18 inches. It will work with your rails as well.
