So we have a solution for you, but the standard B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch does not mount in industry-standard rails, so it won't fit any type of adapter. The only way to convert an existing standard B&W Companion for use with the Chevy/GMC puck system is by replacing the base with a Companion base that fits your puck system.
The correct one will depend on if you need the sliding base or fixed base, as well as the weight rating:
- Fixed Base: Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC - 20,000 lbs # BWRVB3710
- Fixed Base: Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC - 25,000 lbs # BWRVB3715
- Sliding Base: Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC # BWRVB3775
