Does Reese Hitch Extender Part # RP45292 Have Upward Bend in Tube
Question:
Photographs suggest the tow bar is manufactured with a slight curve. I have an existing 48inch Reece bar, if laid on the ground the high pointfoot of the bar is 1 inch higher than either end. Is the bar damaged, or is 1inch standard from the manufacturer? Thanks

The amount of "rise" that your Reese Hitch Extension part # RP45292 has is normal. If you were ever concerned about yours being bent or damaged check for creased metal or paint flaking. If either of those are present where it looks like it's bent that would be an indicator that it's damaged.
