Yes we do have a hitch that fits your 2021 BMW X5 with the M Sports Package with the Stealth Hitch part # SH25VR for if you were planning on towing (comes with ball mount attachment and trailer wiring), or the part # SH89VR for if you just wanted to carry a bike rack or a cargo carrier.
