Best Trailer Hitch and Towing Package for a 2019 BMW X5 with M-Sport Package

Hi, Im considering buying a 2019 BMW X5 with the M-Sport Package, and I have a boat I want to tow, so Im trying to figure out which trailer hitch and tow package would be correct with wiring of course. I noticed some say they exclude M Sport package so I wasnt sure. If you could let me know which package with wiring would work for towing, that would be great. And, if you know whether you need any programming to offset the kick tailgate feature or reverse sensors that would also be appreciated, Thank you
