If you are looking for a plug-n-play brake controller wiring harness for your 2021 Jeep Gladiator with a 7-way already installed, all you need is the Tekonsha Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers # 3073-P. This adapter simply plugs into your built-in port in your vehicle without the need for splicing.
To add a brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 or the Curt Echo # C51180. Both of these controllers are proportional controllers which means that the controller activates the trailer brakes in proportion to your vehicle's braking action. The Voyager is more of a traditional-style controller than requires mounting into the dashboard of your vehicle near the steering wheel. On the other hand, the Curt Echo allows you to control the settings of your controller with the ease of your Smart device. It is important to note that the Curt Echo will not utilize the plug-n-play wiring adapter that was mentioned in the first paragraph.
If you need assistance installing the brake controllers, I went ahead and attached installation videos to to this answer.
