Does Measurement for Spacer with Lifted Truck and Air Lift Bag Kit Happen With Vehicle On Ground

Question:

When measuring to determine spacer, is that measurement taken when the vehicle is on the ground, or lifted? I have a lifted 2019 Silverado 2500HD. I bought it lifted, looks like it has a 2inch block added to the rear leaf springs. I have a Load Lifter 5000 Ultimate Plus kit. The entire kit put together, with brackets and all, is about 8.5. The space between the seat of the old jounce bumper and the axle is about 8.5inch with the truck on the ground. So that would suggest that I do not need a spacer. But if I lift the truck off the ground to install it, this distance will obviously get bigger. I saw the old post where you showed measuring the distance, it just doesnt state whether or not it is on the ground when that measurement is taken. Thanks for the help!

The measurement would need to be taken when the vehicle's suspension has the weight of the vehicle on it. So based on what you mentioned measuring you would not need a spacer with the kit you have # AL88338 on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500.
