We have a 2015 Chevy 2500 HD with a Curt A16 slider hitch. Will the Air Lift loadlifter 5000 be compatible with this setup?

For your 2015 Chevy 2500, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88338 are confirmed to fit and are compatible with your Curt Sliding 5th wheel hitch. There will be some additional drilling required if the brackets interfere, and the attached instructions walk you through that on page 7.
These springs are adjustable from 5 psi to 100 psi. These springs will allow your current factory suspension to work and will carry the job of leveling the load as well as giving you a nicer ride with that suspension enhancement. If the system were to ever fail, the internal jounce spring allows you not to bottom your truck out even under the most undesirable circumstances. This kit comes with the manual inflation valves that you can locate wherever is convenient.
If you want the convenience of an on-board compressor, I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Hand-Held Remote - Single Path # AL25980. This will give you the pressure rating as well as the ability to adjust the psi up or down with an easy to use remote.
