2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 LD. I have 2 inch lift blocks in the rear of my truck and i am wondering if these will work. Thank you.

You will need spacers since you have 2 inch lift blocks, but otherwise, yes, you can use the Air Lift air bags on your 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500. Here is exactly what you will need:

- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88250

- Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 2" Lift # AL52420

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle #AL57289 will not require spacers with a lift under 2 inches. If you have under a 2-4 inch lift use #AL52420 and if you have 4-6 inch lift use #AL52420.

The measurement would need to be taken when the vehicle's suspension has the weight of the vehicle on it. So based on what you mentioned measuring you would not need a spacer with the kit you have #AL88338 on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500.
