I have a 2022 geo pro 12rk and I drive with a subaru outback and when hooked up backend goes down. Is this the right load leveling hitch to use for my application?

For a 2022 Geo Pro 12RK camper the Fastway e2 weight distribution part # FA92-00-0450 would be the correct system to reduce the sag you are experiencing with your Outback. I would recommend verifying that your hitch is rated for using weight distribution as not all of them can handle the additional stress. It would be printed on the sticker that has the hitch's towing capacities. You should see two sets of capacities. One that says weight carrying and another that says weight distribution.
