Dimensional Differences Between Trailair Flex Air & Air Ride For Lippert 1621 Pin Box

What is the dimension differences between these two pin boxes especially vertical dimension? trail air versus flex air to replace 1621hd pin box with the long jaw or long pin box

I believe you are referring to the Trailair Flex Air and Air Ride pin boxes that replace Lippert 1621, 1621HD standard pin boxes, and there are some slight differences in both length and height.
The Curt Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC369535 measures 29-9/16" from the center of the king pin to the rear of the pin box, and 19-9/16" from the bottom of the king pin to the top of the pin box.
The Curt Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC158778 isn't quite as long or as tall, measuring 28-11/16" from the center of the king pin to the rear of the pin box and 17-9/16" from the bottom of the kin pin to the top of the pin box.
Between the two I definitely recommend going with the Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC158778.
The Air Ride is going to give you a much smoother, more controlled, comfortable towing experience than a standard pin box, and the Flex Air has been known to raise the trailer a few inches, which may come into play if vertical height is potentially an issue for you.
