You can use fifth wheel to gooseneck adapters like the Gen-Y Executive part # 325-GH-8045 with short bed trucks but it really comes down to the nose of the trailer to determine if there will be turning clearance issues. If the nose of the trailer is tapered and was designed for short bed clearance you'd be fine as a lot of newer trailers are being built with this type of design in mind. If you are unsure though still you can let me know what camper you have and I can check to see if it has a tapered nose.

I checked out your trailer and it has a tapered enough nose to allow you turning clearance with a short bed truck.

@David Yes it does. It has a tapered nose and an extended pin box. As long as the short bed truck is longer than 6 foot you should be fine. If it's one of the super short 5 foot to 5.5 foot short bed trucks though you would not have the clearance needed.
