We have exactly what you are needing.

Your 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the 8' bed uses the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1007 but since you already have the center section you will need install kit # BWGNRM1007.

This includes everything but the center section, and while you already have the rails the mounting plates cannot be purchased by themselves.

The correct part number for the B and W Gooseneck hitch for your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 short bed is the part #BWGNRK1057 which means for just the rails and not the hitch center section you'd want the part #BWGNRM1057.
