Can E-Track Install on Metal Utility Trailer Floor

Can E-track be installed on expanded metal utility trailer to haul a Harley Davidson Road Glide w/ Tilting Motor Works TRIO conversion Kit installed. The Front wheels on the Kit will be 36inch on center.

Yes you can install e-track like the # E19148 on a metal utility trailer like you have and it would work great with the motorcycle wheel chock part # 3481731 you referenced if that's what you were considering as well.
