Troubleshooting ZCI Circuit Protected Wiring Harness 119250KIT Turn Signal Issue On 2017 Audi Q7
Question:
My car 2017 Audi Q7 . I installed on the car hitch and ZCI zero contact module #CQT119251... Everything works correctly except turns signals.... Left turn signal is working fine but when you turn on the right turn signal the two sides right and left flash ???

I reached out to my contact at Tekonsha who makes the ZCI Circuit Protected Wiring Harness # 119250KIT you installed on your 2017 Audi Q7 and he mentioned that there are a few things to check.
First since when the left and right turn signals are coming on with the right turn signal he mentioned that it sounds like one of the sensors is installed on the same wire as another sensor causing some weirdness with the lights so you will want to confirm that you have the wiring installed on the correct wires with the arrows pointing towards the light of the vehicle.
Next you need to make sure you completed the learning mode which consists of turning the vehicle on, then turning each function (Brake lights, left turn signal, right turn signal, running lights) on one at a time for 5 seconds each.
If you check these and do not find any issues just let me know and we can go into more in-depth troubleshooting steps.
