Trailer Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier that Can Fold to Carry a Lawn Mower on a 2013 Toyota RAV4

Will this cargo carrier fit on a 2013 RAV4 XLE when folded? Also, will it fit a lawn mower with a base of 23 inches wide?

First, if I can address the lawn mower, it would be a tight fit, the interior of the etrailer # e98874 is exactly 24 inches.
You can measure your mower and see what you think.
For the fit when folded you will need to look at the distance from the center of your hitch pin hole straight back to the distance required to clear the rear of the vehicle. When folded the carrier is 9-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole so your measurement would have to be less than that for it to fit.
You might be interested in the Flint Hill Goods cargo carrier # FHG77ZR. It measures 30 inches by 50 inches and has a 48-inch ramp which would make loading a mower easier. When folded up it measures 4-3/4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest edge of the carrier.
