I have a 2022 f-250, 6 9 bed. I have installed a bakflip x4s tonneau cover. I have a couple questions: 1- Will this system fit on my truck? 2- Is there any attachments to make the rack 6-8inch tall? Thank you

There is a ladder rack that will fit your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up # BAK99ZR, however, the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells # Y02-480B that you referenced is specifically designed to mount to a camper shell or hard tonneau cover and I don't think it is the best option for your application.

You will want to find a ladder rack that attaches to the top of your truck bed rails and still allows for full usage of your roll up tonneau cover. For this, I recommend the Adarac Aluminum M-Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # AD96FR or for a taller system check out the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A4000952. These racks install into the bed rail's stake pockets and do not obstruct your bed rails in any way. The crossbars have an integrated channel which allows for easy installation of Tie-Downs # A4000882 or Load Stops # A4000880.
