I have a 2010 dodge 3500 mega cab. will the C16200 kit work for my truck? I have a Q16 curt hitch.

The closest thing we have to the Curt universal rail kit that you mentioned that fits your 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 is the semi custom Reese kit part # RP30035-186 which is essentially a universal rail kit with two custom brackets.

I'd recommend a custom kit like the part # RP50140-58 though as this won't require frame drilling and will install much quicker as well.
