I would be happy to help!
Since your loaded trailer has a tongue weight of 638lb I recommend going with the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # FA92-00-0800. This hitch works with tongue weights between 400-800lbs so it will be perfect for your tongue weight, and its 8000lb trailer weight rating is more than enough for your 3680lb trailer.
I really like the Fastway hitches due to the quality you get for the price, and due to them having built in two point sway control that does a great job of keeping your trailer going straight down the highway. The included 2" shank will fit the class III trailer hitch receiver on your 2019 Nissan Frontier perfectly.
This hitch does not included a hitch ball so you will need either 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286.
I included a video of the # FA92-00-0800 for you to take a look at.
