No, you will not have to do any drilling to mount the Aries Oval Nerf Bars - 4" Wide - Polished Stainless Steel # AAS225041-2 onto your 2021 Ram 2500. The Aries nerf bars come with a complete hardware kit that simply bolts onto your vehicle with existing holes in the frame.
