You'll want to confirm the distance between the side frame stanchions on your F-53 chassis in order to confirm which hitch will fit, but we do have some options that you can use. The best solution as long as your frame isn't wider than 51" is the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch # C13701, which can be bolted into place and gives you a 2 inch receiver that's perfect for carrying a hitch mounted accessory or towing a small trailer.
If you find that your frame is wider than 51" but under 72" wide then the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 and can also be bolted on to your trailer frame and has a 2 inch receiver.
If you've got something wider and can let me know how wide your frame stanchions are apart, I might be able to come up with an alternative solution for you. I've linked some review and installation videos of these hitches for you to check out as well.
