Question:
Should you hear the wireless 2 run constantly

The Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980 you have should kick on for a few seconds when you start your vehicle, and may kick on every now and then, but it should not be running constantly.
Running constantly would mean you have a leak somewhere causing the compressor to need to run all of the time to keep it aired up. I recommend checking your air helper spring kit and compressor air lines with a soapy water mix to identify any leaks, and fix them.
Once the leak is identified and fixed the compressor should go back to only kicking on at start up, and occasionally as needed.
I included a video of the # AL25980 for you to take a look at.
