From the online specs available to me the 2018 Toyota Tundra Double Cab has a max towing capacity of 6,400 to 10,200 lbs. We always recommend that you consult your vehicle specific owners manual for towing specs as each models trim specs, engine option and gearing all influence the vehicle capability.

You do not state what bed length you have but if you have the 6-1/2' bed you will most likely need a slider type hitch. I suggest the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider, # BWRVK3270 along with the Installation Kit with Spacers for Toyota Tundra, # BWRVR3204-00. When mounted in a short bed truck, a slider helps to eliminate clearance problems during slow-speed turns. When you are towing a fifth-wheel trailer, your hitch must be situated on the cab side of your truck's rear axle. However, at slow speeds you can use a slider to slide the fifth-wheel hitch (and the trailer) toward your truck's tailgate and past the rear axle, creating enough space between the cab of your truck and the trailer to permit less-restricted turning. The 3/4" thick jaw on the Patriot is precision machined to provide a tight, sturdy connection and has durable polyurethane bushings built in to provide a smoother, more comfortable towing experience.

Let me know any follow-up questions you have, whichever way you decide to go with an RV we can arrange all towing needs so that you can have a safe travel to and from your camping trips.
