You're needing a replacement O-ring for the bearing shaft. The bad news is that Curt doesn't offer that as a replacement part. The good news is that it's a pretty standard 31.5mm O-ring that you should be able to find at a hardware or auto parts store.

Since the jaws of your Q20 can't be adjusted or replaced your best solution is going to be a new hitch like with the Curt A20 part #C16140 which is the newer version of what you have now which has a much tighter jaw design that will be quieter…
