We sure do!
For the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Axles - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 # 8-219-4UC3 you were looking at you will need the # K7CAP if your spindles have the grease zerk built in. The removeable rubber plug allows you to access this zerk without needing to completely remove the cap.
If your spindle does not have a built in grease zerk you will need to go with the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors - Model 2717 - Chrome Plated (Pair) # BB2717 instead. These have their own zerk fitting allowing you to easily add grease to your hubs.
