Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform Roof Rack For A 2015 GMC Yukon Denali With Factory Flush Rails

Question:

I do not have cross bars and want to get a Rhino Rack platform without cross bars to maintain low profile and can’t seem to find the proper attachments to my oem/factory bars. In the youtube video of a maroon Denali the guy states part # RLCP34. Are these RRRLCP45H going to work? Your help would be great, I do not want to purchase the wrong ones! Thank you!!

I was having a hard time confirming with Rhino Rack that the Pioneer Platform # RR68AB would work, BUT after some digging, it is 100% possible! You actually have two different ways of doing this, one with the backbone system and one without.

You can get this fit kit # RRRCP43-BK which mounts to the two holes on all four sides of your flush rails on your 2015 GMC Yukon Denali. These feet # RRRCH4 will connect to you those brackets. I've used this on a 2019 Suburban which is basically the same thing and I've included that video for you so you can see how I did it.

Then, you can take the platform # RR68AB and mount it to the top of the feet. That's all there is to it. The video I've included shows the fit kit and the feet being installed but not the platform, which it's not much different from the crossbars I installed on the roof of the Suburban so there won't be any confusion.

If you wanted to go with the backbone system, all you need is this # RRRCSB1 which will mount to the two holes on all 4 sides of your flush rails and then the Pioneer Platform # RR68AB will mount to the top of that just like the crossbars do in the video I included for you.

Between the two, the backbone system and the feet mounting version are about the same when it comes to being low profile. Of the two the backbone system will look better in my opinion and may be a tad but lower profile than the feet option.

Be sure to submit a couple pictures of the finished product! It's going to look SO GOOD!!
