I went ahead and confirmed with my contact at Yakima that the Eye Bolts for Yakima HD Bar, JetStream, FlushBar, and RailBar Crossbars - 250 lbs - Qty 2 # Y01162 should work with your Retrax XT tonneau cover. Even though she could not confirm for sure, the Yakima Eye Bolts have a universal design that fits most accessories. These will be your best bet for attaching eye bolts directly into the tonneau cover slots.
