I have a solution for you. In order for the Xporter Pro Shift # TH54RR to work on your 2021 Toyota Tundra is if you pair the Pro Shift with the Base Rails for Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Racks # TH24RV. This is how you will be able to mount the Xporter with the tonneau cover you have pictured. Since the TracRac SR base rails install into your truck's stake pockets, you will be able to use the Xporter Pro Shift without interfering with the bed rails. Also, it is important to note that this combination of Xporter Pro Shift and the TracRac SR will only work on your truck if it has a 5-1/2 foot bed.

One thing to keep in mind about the 18-inch high crossbars of the Xporter is that your folding cover may interfere with both the inside of the angled towers of the Xporter or with the crossbars themselves (depending on the height of your panels on your tonneau cover). In order to confirm whether your tonneau will fold under the crossbars, I recommend measuring you height of your tonneau's panels to make sure they don't exceed 18 inches.

If you want to avoid any running or any potential issue with the panel hitting the crossbars or if you have a different size bed, I recommend the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A4001666 (for 5-1/2 foot beds), # A4001671 (for 6-1/2 foot beds), or # A4001676 (8-foot beds). Since the towers of the Adarac Pro Series ladder rack does not slant inward, you will not have to worry about the tonneau rubbing against the supports. Also, if you wish to add accessories to the Adarac ladder rack, I recommend the tie down kit # A4000882 and the load stops # A4000880. Also, if you need straps to secure your cargo, I recommend the CargoBuckle Cam Buckle Tie-Down Straps w/ S-Hooks - 1" x 6' # IMF12637.

On some of the newer models of trucks, the manufacturers hide the stake pockets under the plastic railing of your truck's bed rails. They do this in order to avoid water interacting with the steel components. I recommend consulting with your owner's manual to confirm.
