I would be happy to help!

Based on the pictures you provided your trailer uses the discontinued Tie Down Engineering 70LC, and we will need to get a bit creative on a replacement as there is not a direct replacement available.

What you will need to do is use the a folding tongue kit like the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit for 3" x 4" Tongue - Bolt On - Up to 7,000 lbs # FHDPB340301, but you will first need to measure the size of your trailer tongue. If you have a 3" x 4" coupler this would be the correct option, and if you have a different size tongue just let me know.

Next you will need to source some metal the same size in the tongue to get the tongue length you need. Keep in mind that the longer you make the tongue the lower the ratings of the coupler will be as you can see via the included chart.

Once you have the new tongue installed in the adapter I recommend Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout - Disc - Zinc - 2" Ball - 7,000 lbs # DM62VR which has the same 7000lb capacity as your current actuator, and the same 2" hitch ball as well. This is designed specifically for disc brakes like what is on your trailer.

This actuator includes an electric reverse lockout solenoid, so if you do not already have one installed on your trailer you will need to add a 5-way connector to the trailer using # 20017.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
