In order to determine if you can tow a car behind your Mitsubishi Fuso FE180 with lift gate you will need to check the owner's manual to determine the towing capacity for your specific model and configuration.
Assuming the truck has the capacity to tow the car you are wanting to tow, I recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver - Weld On - Class V - 2" #41990-16. This hitch will fit as long as the outside to outside distance between the frame members isn't greater than 44 inches. It is a universal-fit hitch with 16,000lbs maximum gross trailer weight and 1,600 lbs maximum tongue weight. I would have a qualified installer install the hitch on your truck in a way that it does not interfere with the lift gate.
For wiring, I recommend the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector - 60" Wire Lead # C58044. This is a universal 4-way splice-in wiring kit. It will allow you to power the trailer's signal lights.
I have attached a video review of the wiring and hitch for your reference.
