Determining the weight capacity for a set of nerf bars sometimes can be somewhat of a tricky task. The weight capacity limit for a set of nerf bars is generally limited to the strength of the rocker panel they are attached to. This can make it difficult for manufacturers to rate their nerf bars for a specific capacity.
For the Westin # 28-534685 and the # 28-51275, I confirmed that the maximum weight capacity for those bars are based on the maximum rating of the vehicle's frame. The information for this can sometimes be found in the user manual for your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500, but you will most likely need to contact your local Chevrolet dealer.
For the Aries AscentSteps # AA2558011, I confirmed with my contact at Aries that since these bars attach to the rocker panels, they will always bow/flex when you apply weight on them. With that being said, he provided a ballpark weight capacity of 275 pounds (with only foot on and one foot off the rocker bars). It is important to note that too much weight on the AscentSteps can damage the vehicle due to the bolts breaking.
