When I push on auto leveling button my screen says retract all jacks

If you are having trouble leveling the trailer using the auto-level feature then I first recommend extending each jack leg out at least 6" inches and then pressing and holding the retract button until the legs have fully retracted. This should clear any error codes as well. Then, you can try to re-select the auto-level feature. If you still have trouble once the above is completed let me know but you can also take a look in the owner's manual attached below which lists numerous troubleshooting steps for situations like this.
