Will Enclosed Hitch Cargo Carrier Work On 2021 Toyota Corolla?

I have a solution for you, but the Rola Swinging Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Trailer Hitch 59109 requires a Class III or IV hitch and the only receivers for your 2021 Corolla are Class 1: Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class I - 1-1/4" # C11567.
Instead, you could look into the 20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier # 63155 which is one of the only hitch-mounted cargo carriers that will work for your application. This is a really nice carrier that has inside dimensions of 47" long, 20" wide, with side rails. You could then add a cargo bag like etrailer # e98990; this will keep your cargo dry and also keep everything together when on the cargo carrier. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you to check out.
It is very important that you check your owner's manual to verify that your Corolla has a tongue weight of only 200 pounds. The total weight of everything attached must not exceed 200 pounds. The carrier # 63155 alone weighs 44 pounds.
