Tankless Replacement Water Heater for Atwood G6A-8E
Question:
I need to know what water heater I need to purchase to replace the current Atwood Model #G6A-8E, Spec.No. 220039. I was told that the Dometic WH-6GA would work, but it does not, unless I purchase a door kit and Dometic is backlogged and won’t have any available for way too long and I cannot find a door kit anywhere. Would any of the tankless water heaters work and if so, please advise everything that is needed to purchase in order to install.

The Furrion Tankless Water Heater part # FR68SR would be close enough in dimension to what you have and door size that it would work great. It also allows you to not have to worry about running out of hot water like a traditional water heater does.
