Compatibility of SumoSprings SS26MV With 5th Wheel w/ 7K Axles
Question:
I have a 40ft 5th wheel RV. The GVW is 16,000lbs. It has Lippert 7000lb axles and Lippert Equa-flex suspension. Will these springs work well to stabilize and soften the ride on rough roads?

If your 7K axles have overslung leaf springs (sits atop the axle), the SumoSprings TSS-107-47 which we sell as part # SS26MV would for well for you. The kit includes a line relocation kit in case there's a wiring harness, water or gas line in the way that would interfere with the installation.
The springs are rated for 5-8K, so they'll work great with your 7K axles. The kit includes spacers to achieve the desired 1/4-1/2 inch preload, and if they're a bit too tall, the springs can be cut down to fit, according to SuperSprings.
