Is this panel weather resistant, rain, morning dew and whats the temperature limit, using a harbor freight 100 watt system and works for my use its just too big

The Go Power DuraLite Portable Solar Panel with Digital Solar Controller # GP66FR is weather resistant and would handle morning dew and light rain easily. I wouldn't leave it out in heavy rain though. It does not have a temperature rating.
