Is A Torque Wrench Required To Install Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver 75699?

My hitch is coming tomorrow. I have a socket set but no torque wrench. Can I install without the torque wrench? Is part number 75699 Thanks so much

It is important to torque all of the mounting hardware of the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75699 to the specifications listed in the instruction manual.

You will either need to purchase one like # ALL944001, or you can rent one from a local auto parts store if you would rather not purchase one.
