Will Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver 24978 Fit A 2019 Volkswagen Jetta GLI Autobahn?

Quite some time ago, I asked about a hitch receiver for the 2019 GLI Autobahn and thought that the Curt #11412 might fit although its meant for the Golf GTI. I decided against the gamble. Now, I see claims that the Draw-Tite Sport Hitch Receiver #24978 can fit the dual exhaust GLI Jettas. One of your experts says that it will fit, and another says that it will not. One person posted photos of his installment of the hitch on a Volkswagen GLI 35th Anniversary Edition Jetta which is basically the same as the Autobahndual exhausts, power plant, transmission, and etc. Is there any way to get a definitive answer on whether the Draw-Tite Sport Hitch Receiver #24978 will fit a 2019 GLI Jetta with the dual exhausts?

The # 24978 is a Class I hitch with a tongue weight rating of 200lbs and a trailer weight rating of 2000lbs making it a great option for a bike rack, cargo carrier, or even a ball mount for light duty towing. You will just need to make sure the accessory you choose is compatible with a Class I hitch, as they are not all compatible.
