I have a replacement axle option for you, but we do not have any hubs that use inner bearing # L44649 and outer bearing LM11749 and I was unable to locate any from any other vendors. This is a bearing combination typically found on older trailers and replacement parts are no longer made so the hubs are pretty few and far between.

Besides searching resale websites for some new old stock to pop up, your best bet is to replace the axle with one that uses a standard bearing combination.

More than likely your axle is an older 2000lb axle though you will want to confirm this by looking for the axle tag on the center of the axle or if it is missing you can divide the GVWR by the number of axles.

To determine the correct replacement you will also need to measure the hub face to hub face, and spring center to spring center.

For example the Dexter Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 60" Long - 2,000 lbs # 20545I-ST-60-15 has a hub face to hub face measurement of 60" and a spring center to spring center measurement of 48" as shown in the included diagram. This axle uses the common # L44649 inner and outer bearing combination and includes two new hubs with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. If this matches the axle on your trailer this would be a great replacement option for you.

If you find your axle has different measurements just let me know.

I included a video of the # 20545I-ST-60-15 for you to take a look at.
