How to Choose Replacement 2000 lb Trailer Axle

Question:

Im looking for a trailer axel with measurements as follows: Spindle face to spindle face wheel center measurement of 63 1/2, center of spring saddle to spring saddle 48inch for 5 on 4 1/2 rims and rated at 1200 or 2000lbs. Can you help?

To see if any of the 2000 lb axles we offer will work for you, I'll need to know the center spring seat to spring seat distance (which you've kindly provided) as well as the hub face to hub face dimension. I've provided a diagram showing how to take the measurements.

The closest thing I have to the dimensions you provided is the # 20545I-ST-60-15 which has a 60 inch hub face to hub face dimension and a 48 inch spring center distance between spring centers.

If that won't work for you, Timbren offers an Axle-less system that might work for you. To determine which one you need, You'll need to measure the distance between the underside of the trailer frame and the center of the spindle. With that information, I can recommend a system for you.
