Are New Shocks Required When Adding Anti-Sway Bar and SumoSprings To 2013 Mercedes Sprinter 3500?
Question:
In addition to upgraded sway bar and SumoSprings should I also replace the rear shocks?

As long as the shocks on your 2013 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 are still in good shape, there is no reason to replace them.
However if they are worn out you will notice quite a difference once the replacements are installed. We do not sell shock absorbers for vehicles so I do no have a recommendation on which ones to get, though an OEM replacement would be preferred.
If you have not already decided on which sway bar and SumoSprings you plan on ordering I recommend the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-120 if your Sprinter is a standard van or cutaway model, or the # RM-1209-131 if your Sprinter is a Class C motorhome.
For the SumoSprings I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-338-54 that have a 1400lb capacity for the rear, and the # SSF-106-40 with a 500lb capacity for the front.
The combination of the anti-sway bar and SumoSprings will do a great job of absorbing bumps in the road and eliminating bouncing while also getting rid of sway.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
