Can Tekonsha OEM Replacement 7-way Connector TK22113 Be Installed On 2018 Dodge Durango W/O Tow Pkg

Reading the instructions in advance of purchasing this product I’ve noticed it states that you tie into a connector to the left of the steering column. I’ve seen pictures of this connector online but my vehicle does not have this connector can it still be used?

Yes. The Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter - 7 Way Trailer Connector # TK22113 you were looking at can still be used on your 2018 Dodge Durango as is was designed for vehicles without the factory tow package like yours.
Your vehicles should still have the trailer brake controller port, though it will be taped up near the emergency brake pedal which can make it a little tricky to find.
For a trailer brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 as it is an extremely reliable controller, and will plug directly into the included adapter.
