Question:

That is very strange and I am not sure how or why it would show that. The good news is we do have a EcoHitch for your 2018 Toyota Highlander. The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7397 that you referenced is for a 2018-2021 Audi Q5 which mounts differently and doesn't even share the same chassis as your Highlander.
The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7250 will fit your Highlander. This hitch is rated for 750lbs of tongue weight and 5,000lbs or trailer weight, which is the same as the Q5 hitch. This hitch will also be easier to install as you will not have to remove the rear bumper cover.
I recommend using the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness # HM11141845 to give you the 4-flat trailer connector. This is necessary if you will do any trailer towing. I also recommend it when using bike racks or cargo carriers that will cover your taillights. You can plug your Auxiliary Lights # C53201 into the 4-flat so that the vehicles behind you can see your taillights.
