Hello! I have an existing T-One trailer 4-pin wiring kit #118578 on a 2018 Rav4 Hybrid. I want to add a Curt echo wireless brake controller #C51180 with 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit part number ETBC7L. Will this work? Do I need anything else to add the controller functionality? Any caveats or gotchas? Thank you!

Everything you mentioned is exactly what you need! To install the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 on your 2018 Toyota RAV4 that has the 4-way kit part # 118578 installed all you need is the 4-way to 7-way kit part # ETBC7L and you'd be set.
