Hitch Recommendation For Towing A Cedar Creek 345IK 5th Wheel With A 2021 GMC Sierra 3500
Question:
I am purchasing a 2021 Sierra 3500 Denali 4WD Crew Cab and a Cedar Creek 345IK, and would like to use the 3710 fixed hitch if possible. The trailer is 96inch wide. I understand the A+B-C formula, but I dont know the distance from the pin to the cab for this truck. Also other than a lube plate do I need to order anything else? Finally you should update the link to the 3710 installation manual as it is broken. Thanks!

The Item # BWRVK3710 is not a confirmed fit for your 6-3/4' bed but the Item # BWRVK3775 is. The Item # BWRVK3775 is a sliding hitch so you'll be able more to your distance from the cab.
A= The distance from your hitch to your cab (you'll be able to add an extra 12" because of the slider). To get this you can just measure from the center of the hitch head to the cab and then add the extra 12" you gained with the slider.
B= The length of your king pin.
C= The width of your trailer divided by 2. For you that would be 48"
The lube plate Item # 16721 is all you'll need for hooking up your trailer to the hitch.
