Tonneau Cover For 2003 Silverado 3500 8 Bed That Can Be Partially Opened For 5th Wheel Hitch

Hi guys, I can envision a soft tonneau cover that uses either elastic and/or hookandloop to allow towing while keeping out the rain but Ive not found it yet. Does such a product exist? Thanks!

While there are no tonneau covers that are completely waterproof, I do recommend looking into a hard tonneau cover as this would provide more weatherproofing compared to any soft cover. I highly recommend looking into the Pace Edwards JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover Black # 311-JRC0404. This is weather-resistant and uses integrated seals all along the cover to keep the cargo in your bed nice and dry.
Another really nice thing about this cover is that it can be opened/closed in 12" intervals, allowing you to cover part of your bed but also leave a section opened for the 5th wheel hitch. I attached a demonstration video for you to check out.
